We’re on a mission to change how young people experience fitness, nutrition and their bodies.

 

At Based in Strength, we teach the fundamentals of movement and fitness, nutrition and how their bodies ACTUALLY work.

 

All workshops are taught in a fun, age-appropriate, and empowering way.

 

Through our workshops, students gain not just physical skills, but the confidence to feel good in their own skin and to take control of their own health.

Each session combines movement, nutrition, mindset, and body education, giving students more than just a workout, they leave with knowledge, skills, and belief in themselves.

We offer tailored workshops for primary schools, secondary schools, and clubs/camps, with content, equipment and delivery adapted to suit each age group.
